| Do I have to pay sales tax? |

Sales tax is only collected for Nevada state residents and/or if shopping in person at our local showroom in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sales tax is based on the current State of Nevada taxation rate and can change at anytime. If shopping in person, you can opt to have your merchandise shipped to your out of state address and no sales tax will be collected. However, if you decide to take your merchandise with you, you will be charged Nevada state sales tax. |

| When will my credit appear on my account? |

Credits usually take 10-14 business days from the time we receive your item(s). Please note your credit card statement may not reflect your credit until the next billing cycle. |
| When will my credit card be charged? |
| |
Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order ships. All credit card charges are done manually through our office the day your order ships. Under some circumstances, we may charge your credit card 50% of the order total before your order ships if your order is expected to ship within a week. The remainder of the balance will be charged on the date of shipment. We may also partial ship items on your order if we foresee there will be a delay on certain items. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges. Backorders will not be charged until the merchandise is ready for shipping.
