| Can I get a item gift-wrapped? |

Yes, gift-wrapping is available. You will be instructed when you check out if would like an item(s) gift-wrapped. The additional charge will be visable and added to your total at the check out page.
If you are having the gift shipped directly to the recipient, we will not include any receipts. Only the return form will be included without any prices. You can also include any message to the recipient. |
| Do you offer Rain Checks on sale merchandise? |

Rain checks may apply to sale items if the merchandise is out of stock or backordered and is not listed as a limited offer or supply. Recurring merchandise is allowed rain checks. We do not guarantee any timeframe on the rain check merchandise. However, we can estimate to you the length of time involved in receiving an out of stock or backordered item and you may choose to proceed or cancel the order. Your credit card will not be charged until the rain check merchandise is available. |
| How can I receive discounts or notices of sales? |

Vavra’s Made in Italy, (www.vavraitaly.com) offers specials, sales and promotions through email promotions. We do this only at your request. If you choose to not receive any further emails from us, you may ‘Opt Out’ or 'Unsubscribe' feature in the promotional email at the bottom of the page. You can also contact us by email or by telephone.
Please keep in mind, specials and promotions are usually offered first to members on our mailing list. Some sales and discounts are offered only to our members. Each person that chooses to receive email offers from us will receive 10% off their entire order for their first purchase.

| How do I use my promotional code? |

Vavra's Made In Italy offers on a regular basis sales and promotions. Sales prices may be marked but some special offers may include using a special promotional code.
To use your promotional code, ensure your are purchasing the items(s) on sale in conjunction with the promotional code. Once you have chosen your items, you will then enter in the "Got a Coupon?" box at the checkout page, the promotional code given to you. Hit "Apply". Your new total will then be recalculated and you will be prompted to proceed to checkout.

| I just purchased, now there is a sale. Do I get the sale price? |

If you have made a purchase within 72 hours of the exact item now on sale, you qualify for the discount/promotion. However, it is your responsibility to contact us notifying us of the promotional item. We will not retroactively discount orders placed within 72 hours of a promotion. We must be notified.
Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, gift-wrapping and shipping. Promotions cannot be applied to previously placed orders prior to 72 hours. |
| What is a Wish List? |

Your wishlist allows you to save products that you might want to buy in the future. Simply click the "Add to WishList" button on a product details page, and the product will be added to your wishlist. Your wishlist can be viewed at anytime by visiting the 'Wish List' link at the top of the page. Whenever you're ready to purchase an item in your wishlist, simply click the product's "Add to cart" button on this page.
Remember: if an item sells out prior to purchasing, you will be instructed the item is out of stock and you cannot purchase that particular item. |
