How to Order

Can I buy a gift for someone?
	If you are purchasing a gift and having it shipped directly to the recipient, we will not include any receipts. Only the return form will be included without any prices. We can also gift-wrap it for you at additional charge. You will be asked this information when you check out. If you did not choose the gift-wrapping option, please indicate in the ‘Comments’ section that the order is a gift. You can also include any message to the recipient in the ‘Comments’ section.
Can I call my order in?
	Yes! We are very happy to place your order for you via telephone. Just give us a call at 1 877 567-1200 toll free.
Can you send me a catalog?
	At this time, Vavra's Made in Italy does not offer paper catalogs for ordering. Shopping can be done through our Web site, www.VavraItaly.com and shopping in person if you are in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. For more information to our Las Vegas showroom, see Showroom
Do you have a store in my city?

How do I find my size?
	We typically carry most sizes on 'in-stock' merchandise. However, clearance and special buy merchandise may have limited sizes. We hope to have streamlined system that will enable you to shop by size in the future. We will keep you updated.
How do I find what I am looking for?
	Shopping by category, simply click on the category item you would like to see. Example: ‘Suits’ You will then have the opportunity to narrow down your search by selecting more specific items. Example: Suits >3 Button >Super 120's Wool Shopping by designer, simply use the drop down window located on the top left side and select your designer choice. All items for that designer will appear on the page. Shopping by item, simply type in the item you are looking for in the search box located on the top left side.
How do I make a purchase?
	Once you have found the item(s) you are interested in purchasing, choose the size and/or color if necessary and the quantity desired. You then click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button located on the right side of the product page. For quick purchases of items that do not require sizing and coloring options, you may add the items to your shopping cart through the thumbnail 'view all' page by simply clicking on the 'Add' button. You will then be taken to the checkout page. If you would like to continue shopping, click the button located on the bottom right saying, "Shop for more items". When you are ready to checkout, you will then click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button located at the bottom of the right side on the checkout page.
What type of payments do you accept?
	We accept credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express. You can enter your credit card information safely on-line. All of the information is encrypted. However, we also accept orders by using the 'Credit Card via Telephone' feature for those who do not wish to include their credit card information on-line. We also accept PayPal an on-line secure third party electronic payment method. PayPal, (an eBay Company) enables any individual with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send payments on-line by using a credit card or a bank account. We accept personal and company checks through PayPal only in the form of an e-check, unless shopping in person at our showroom. PayPal E-Check is like writing a check. The money comes directly out of your bank account. To establish a PayPal account, visit PayPal.com, and click on "Sign up for your FREE PayPal Account". If you need additional assistance, you can contact PayPal's customer service at 1-888-221-1161. Please note: We can only ship to 'confirmed' addresses for all Paypal payments. Money Orders are no longer accepted at this time. However, if you are an established customer prior to this policy change and want to pay with a money order, please give us a call to make arrangements. Call us at 1-877-567-1200.
