Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page (next to the "Home" link) to check on the status of your package.
Can I change my order or perhaps cancel it?
 

You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it at no charge. Orders are processed rather quickly and it may have already been shipped. But we do allow a 6-hour window for cancellation from the time you placed your order. However, if you are canceling your order after the 6 hours and it has not been shipped, there is a $25 cancellation fee.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the merchandise once you receive it. If your package is refused after being shipped, you will still be charged for the shipping and also the return shipping.

Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view the tracking information.  If you have any further questions, please call us at 1 877-567-1200.
My order never arrived. Now what?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view the tracking information.   Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service at 1 877 567-1200 for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment. Why?
  Some items on your order may be on back order and in some cases out of stock. Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page to view the tracking information.  Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service  1 877 567-1200 for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
When will my order ship?
  Most merchandise will ship within 2-4 business days.  Each item on our Web site has a listed time frame on when that particular item ships from our warehouse.  Not every item is stored in our local warehouse and may need to be ordered. However, all items will ship within 5-7 business days unless there is an unforeseen problem.  (Such as:  back-orders, rain checks and out of stock merchandise) If there is a problem, you will be notified and given the option of canceling your order. Please use the guide on the page if you are upgrading your shipping.

Once your item ships, ground shipping will take up to 10 days.  If you are on the East Coast, the estimated time is 7-10 days.  Midwest customers can expect their package in 4-7 days.  The West Coast should arrive within 3 days.  Please note:  If you are in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and California – you will receive your package typically within 2 business days.  There is no need to choose the air delivery options.
We may also partial ship items on your order if we foresee there will be a delay on certain items within your order.  You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.  Back-orders will not be charged until the merchandise is ready for shipping.  You will be given the option of canceling any back-ordered items.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top of any page to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
